Dr. Lidh has held several different roles at Maritime College, including Associate Provost for Academic Programs, Planning, and Assessment, Director of Institutional Research, and Director of the Education Opportunity Program. He previously held roles with Lees-McRae College, The Catholic University of America, and Flagler College.
