Megha Mehdiratta worked as a consultant at Pollination Group, where she partnered with governments, nonprofits, and financial institutions to accelerate the transition to a net-zero, resilient future. Her projects included developing a green industrialization study for a climate fund, designing a blended finance strategy for an impact investing firm, and drafting a go-to-market for a digital energy transition platform.
Megha’s startup journey spans from co-founding Anata, a sustainable e-commerce marketplace, to driving business innovation at Glacier Grid, a Series A climate tech startup, and supporting platform operations at H/L Ventures, a mission-driven venture capital firm. At Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency, Megha was instrumental in attracting foreign investment and strengthening India’s innovation ecosystem. She worked with the Principal Scientific Advisor’s Office to launch a nationwide technology commercialization mission, fostering connections between startups, industry, and investors.

Megha holds a Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Political Economy from UC Berkeley. She lives in Manhattan with her partner and their growing collection of plants. Outside of work, you’ll find her in Central Park, going for long walks with friends, training for runs, and practicing yoga. An avid learner and serial hobbyist, she is currently knee-deep in pottery and jamming through chords on the guitar.
