Associate Capital Project Manager

Elifmina Mizrahi supports the planning, design, and development of the new campus on Governors Island. She started her career in investment banking - on the debt capital markets team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she managed numerous bond offerings for real estate and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining the New York Climate Exchange, she also worked for a growth equity firm investing in climate technologies. 

Elifmina has a masters degree in urban planning and she is passionate about systemic investing, reparative planning, and sustainable development. In her free time, she loves to read (mostly fiction, some memoirs), write (mostly creative non-fiction, some poems), spend time with her family and visit the many public spaces that New York City has to offer.
