Operations Coordinator

Danellie Semple is an Operations Coordinator at the New York Climate Exchange, where she collaborates closely with the Director of Finance and Administration to oversee a wide range of operational tasks and projects. She plays a critical role in supporting HR functions, IT-related tasks, recruitment processes, administrative operations, financial operations, policy development, and event coordination.

With over five years of experience in administration and coordination within corporate settings, Danellie brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Prior to joining the New York Climate Exchange, she excelled as a Recruiting Coordinator in various organizations. In this capacity, she managed candidates’ progression through applicant tracking systems, implemented process enhancements, and orchestrated the creation and maintenance of requisitions. Danellie also led HR onboarding initiatives and facilitated cross-functional team partnerships, working with lead recruiters to fill both national and global vacancies, from entry-level to executive positions.

Danellie holds an Associate of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also holds an Associate Professional in Human Resources certification.
